About the RoleTo strengthen local HR leadership, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of all people‑related activities at this site.
Responsibilities
- Lead all HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations for both blue‑collar and white‑collar staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trade unions and employee representatives; manage collective bargaining processes,



handle grievances, and resolve labour disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure full compliance with the applicable CCNL (Chemical Industry) and all Italian employment laws, staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Oversee job grading, wage structures, incentive schemes, and overtime management for production, maintenance, and logistics personnel, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with plant management on workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning to support operational targets.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture, and foster effective two‑way communication between management and the workforce.
- Manage HR administration, payroll alignment with CCNL provisions, and regular reporting on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.
