supporting managers and employees across all HR topics.The role combines HR advisory and operational responsibilities, ensuring the effective end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development, performance and employee relations.Supporting the LG & Shoes HR Manager ensures the consistent implementation of HR processes and policies, while contributing to a positive, compliant and high-performing work environment.The role requires regular travels between Scandicci and Novara, to ensure effective on-site support and proximity to the business.How you will contribute Partner with line managers to support day-to-day HR topics and people management across the assigned perimeter.Manage recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with business needs.Coordinate and deliver induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.Prepare and manage all HR documentation related to the emp
