we’re building something extraordinary. We’re looking for a Broker / Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in building out team, focusing on acquiring and managing business in the captive segment. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility to be based in one of our key locations: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Build and grow a portfolio of captive insurance clients across EMEA.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless placement and management of business.
