We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join usRole overview:Provide onsite support for OT and automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, communication modules,
and related industrial control systems.
The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, system recovery, patching, backups, and compliant change execution in line with site QMS and GAMP 5 requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport OT systems, incidents, service requests, and change management activitiesTroubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issuesWork with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5Support Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructureSupport Beckhoff automation systems (optional)Support DeltaV systems and automation components (optional)Analyze PLC CPU and communication diagnosticsResolve software, firmware, configuration, and communication issuesPerform firmware, memory, and module health checksSupport OT patching, firmware upgrades, and software updatesRestore system communication and perform recovery actionsSupport PLC programming modifica
