As Director of Sales, you drive the hotel’s revenue-focused sales strategy across Corporate, MICE, Luxury Leisure, Group, Consortia, and Wholesale segments. You lead a high-performance team, forge strategic partnerships, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations to deliver sustainable growth while upholding the hotel’s luxury brand. You will shape annual plans, pursue new business opportunities, and continuously optimise performance to achieve revenue goals. This role offers influence over the commercial direction and a chance to elevate a prestigious luxury brand. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to align with brand standards and market a
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan aligned with commercial objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market segments
- Manage key accounts and strategic partners to drive revenue growth
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Collaborate with Revenue Management,



Marketing, Catering, and Operations to optimise performance
- Represent the hotel at sales missions, trade shows, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to mitigate risks
- Oversee CRM usage, reporting, and deployment of sales resources to maximise ROI
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes
- Ensure xbvzest high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term retention
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience within luxury hospitality
- 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership position
- Proven success in corporate, MICE, group, and luxury leisure sales
- Experience within an international luxury hotel brand is highly desirable
- Bachelor in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
