We are seeking to take on board a detail-oriented (junior) accountant with Accounts Payable experience, strong Excel/ERP skills and a sound knowledge of customs & Intrastat.
Tasks
Processing and posting daily supplier invoices and related activities
Management of customs tariff classification for new products and raw materials activation,



customs support in import and export operations
Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations for sales and purchases
Review and control employee expenses reports
Support in monthly reporting, VAT settlement and related accounting entries
Preparation of cash flow files for month-end closing
Administration of employee meal vouchers
Monitoring and management of company cars (fuel usage, mileage tracking, allocation procedures for new vehicles)
Skills
~ Commercial or accounting-related educational background
~1–3 years of experience in Accounting, ideally gained within structured companies
~ Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
~ Experience in customs processes, Intrastat, or logistics administration is a plus
~ Strong command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
