A Global IT Services partner in Italy is seeking a capable IT Technician.

This role involves providing first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in desktop support, strong troubleshooting skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Candidates should also be familiar with ticketing systems and possess excellent communication abilities. xysqume
