Personnel Administration & Payroll Italy Intern

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS:
We are looking for a passionate and engaged Administration & Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources Administration team at our office in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Attendance and employee relationship management;
Preparation of contracts;
Management of records;
Management of hiring, termination, and transfer processes;
Management of HR reports and archive.

Qualifications
Degree in Labor Consultancy or Economics;
Proficiency in computer tools and the Office package (especially Excel);
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Previous experience in a company or professional studio is a plus;
The profile is also characterized by strong interpersonal skills, precision, confidentiality,



and reliability.
