track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and recommend strategies for optimizing project budgets.Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.Proactively identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor their implementation.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve cost efficienciesQualificationsSkills RequiredStrong English skills required + Italian advantageous Technical knowledge of Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or other related facility asset types for period of 5 years for CM, 10 years for SCM and above.Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.Experienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications.Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.Collaborative approach,
