International
Manufacturing Engineering Team
at its Head Quarter in
Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).
Purpose:
Reporting to the
International
Manufacturing Engineering Manager
, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.
Main Activities:
* Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.
