Beyond operational results, the Production Manager will be expected to lead and develop the production organisation through visible, credible and people-centred leadership — driving cultural transformation, empowering teams and building a continuous improvement mindset across all levels.Reporting to the Plant Manager, the selected candidate will take on the following responsibilities:Ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of Safety, Quality, Service and Productivity, managing KPIs such as OEE,
scrap rates and operational efficiency;Lead, coach and develop shift supervisors and team leaders, fostering accountability, autonomy and professional growth within the production organisation;Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Operational Excellence through structured problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis methodologies;Support digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of digital tools (MES, data collection systems, operational dashboards, analytics) to improve production performance;Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency and responsible resource use into daily operational decisions;Lead organisational change processes, guiding people through operational and cultural transformations while maintaining high levels of engagement;Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards;Promote open communication and cross-functional collaboration across department
