Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience.
- Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Offer personalized guest services, including answering inquiries, providing local information, and assisting with special requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage teams, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details.
- Support multilingual communication to accommodate international visitors and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
