Role OverviewThis Junior Financial Analyst will support and provide analytical insight to the local business team in Milan, working closely with Marketing and Commercial functions as a finance business partner.

Responsibilities
- Prepare meaningful and actionable reporting including budget, variance and depletions reports.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Support preparation of presentations for actuals, budget and forecasts.
- Act as the first point of contact for marketing brand expense budget control.
- Assist regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness, A&P; spend and analytics to support annual strategy.
- Carry out ad‑hoc analysis, special projects and support other areas of the Finance Team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends and provide insights.
- Maintain SOX/Audit controls and reporting.




- Support the Finance Manager with daily department activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial financial analysis or FP&A.;
- Fluency in English.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP HANA and BI/BW preferred.
