FB VISION SpA, leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical company both at domestic and international level, with large and innovative portfolio and R&D; pipeline, part of a Multinational pharmaceutical Group, is recruiting a smart and experienced Marketing Manager to join and reinforce the current Marketing Team.

Responsibilities and Job Description

-
- Manage marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Promote and inspire marketing activities, campaigns and congresses attendance
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Develop and implement brand communication
- Manage and enhance the company brand
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions




- Track performance and ensure field force continuous training and support

Requirements & Qualifications

-
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- English speaking

xysqume Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto), remote and on the field (hybrid activity).

Offer: attractive compensation package based on professional experience and profile: CCNL commercio, permanent employment, level quadro, RAL 50-80.000 euro, premio system, company car.
