JOB PURPOSE

The Director, Wholesale — Global holds dual accountability: direct operational leadership of the EMEA wholesale business and strategic coordination of wholesale channels across all regions (Americas, APAC, JP & Korea). The role is the central reference point for brand strategy execution in wholesale worldwide, ensuring coherence across markets while adapting to local dynamics. A strong commercial leader, this individual drives revenue growth, partner excellence, compliance discipline, and cross-regional alignment,



operating at executive level with full command of numbers, business dynamics, and brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Coordination Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global wholesale strategy, ensuring alignment across regions and functions while representing the wholesale perspective in key business decisions.
- Lead global e-commerce and franchise partnerships, driving commercial growth, brand consistency, and strategic account development.
- Oversee wholesale governance, performance reporting, compliance, and executive communication.

EMEA Wholesale Leadership
- Define and execute the EMEA wholesale strategy, driving business development, commercial performance, and brand excellence across the region.
- Build and manage strategic wholesale partnerships, leveraging market insights to maximize growth and execution.
