ensuring maximum efficiency of the facilities and sustainability of energy consumption.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Asset Management (Hard Facility Management)
- Ensure the proper functioning of all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and civil infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Supervise extraordinary maintenance activities and building refurbishment projects.2.
Energy Management & Sustainability
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption using Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Identify, design, and implement energy efficiency measures to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
- Manage the procurement of energy commodities and monitor performance against sustainability KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant energy regulations (e.g., Energy Audits as per applicable national directives).
