Business Metrics Analyst
to join our
OPEX (Operational Excellence) Team , a key task force driving performance and innovation across the organization.
About The Role
As part of the Performance Management department, this role is integral to shaping a broader and more advanced approach to business metrics within DHL Supply Chain. You will play a key role in developing tools, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that enhance business performance, support decision‑making, and drive operational efficiency—ultimately improving the service we deliver to our customers. Acting as a bridge between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders,
you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives and ensure business requirements are translated into impactful analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (internal & external customer focus)
Design and build reports using Power BI and DAX
Support the development and maintenance of Azure/Power BI databases
Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes
Contribute to operational and contractual reporting within cross‑functional projects
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization
Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, data analysis, or predictive modelling
Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), data modelling and analytics tools
