What you will do
As Team Leader, Rostering, you will lead a small team that delivers accurate staff rosters and workforce records.
You will help keep daily operations running by planning ahead, solving roster issues and supporting managers and staff.
You will:
- lead a team of rostering officers by providing guidance, training and support.
- plan and maintain staff rosters up to six weeks ahead while meeting operational needs and workplace requirements.
- monitor roster data, timesheets and attendance records to keep information accurate and resolve complex issues.
- provide technical advice on rostering,



workforce systems and employment agreements while supporting continuous improvement.
- maintain workforce records, prepare reports and support the human resources supervisor as needed.

About you
You should have experience using a workforce management system such as TimeTarget, Humanforce or Kronos. You should also have experience with rostering, human resources or payroll, managing people and applying enterprise agreements.
You should also have:
- strong skills using workforce systems, advanced Excel and data reporting.
- sound knowledge of rostering principles, enterprise agreements and workforce planning.
- proven ability to solve problems, support others and lead a small team.
- clear communication skills with a flexible and inclusive approach to working with others.
