For an important client for the industry sector we are looking for:Job TitleConstruction and Industrial Services Project Engineering ManagerLocationMantovaTypePermanent role, full-timeCompensation PackageCCNL Industria Alimentare, Annual Base Salary 85.000,00.Position SummaryLead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimising of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. Responsible for ensuring smooth start-up of all industrial services to ensure optimal generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.E. electricity, steam, refrigeration, water and eôluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.



Responsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with local regulation and people safety and hygienic standard. Duties
- Organize project execution and manage budget.
- Manage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms.
- Proper management of project documentation (Technical instruction/ SOP...) /digitalization per group standard.
- Be responsible for issuing the Project specific User Requirement specification (URS) integrating Standard URS from TAP/Utility & Corporate functions.
- Coordinate third party contractor tender & work allocation. Achievement of FAT, SAT, commissioning and close Snag list.
- Control the project communication (especially for environmental aspect with local authorities)
