agenda.How You'll Spend Your DayNetwork Strategy & Long-Term PlanningDefine and continuously evolve the global manufacturing network strategy for OSD and Semi-SolidsLead LTS (Long-Term Strategy) and LRP (Long-Range Planning) processes across sites, regions, and portfolioTranslate demand scenarios into capacity, footprint, and investment roadmapsIdentify and execute network optimization levers:cost vs service sites)Consolidation / divestment opportunitiesInternal vs External Manufacturing (IH vs ExM) balanceEnsure alignment with EUROW strategy, US market needs, and emerging markets growthPortfolio–Network IntegrationAct as the integrator between Global Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance, and OperationsEnsure optimal product-to-site allocation based on:Cost (CPU / COGS optimization)Complexity (e.g., essential medicines, sole supplier)Drive decisions on:Tech transfers (timing, sequencing, risk mitigation)Product rationalization / pruningMake vs Buy strategiesAlign
