We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Directors within the AWS Telco EMEA organization in Rome. The role requires managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating international travel, and driving operational efficiency across multiple leaders — all with a high degree of autonomy and discretion in a fast-paced environment.Key job responsibilitiesManage complex calendars for two Directors across time zones, proactively resolving conflictsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and expense reportsOrganize team meetings, offsites, and events end-to-end (logistics, agendas, follow-ups)Process purchase orders, invoices, and track team budgetsHandle confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentAct as liaison between leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiencySupport new hire onboarding and maintain team documentationA day in the lifeNo two days look alike.



You might start by aligning calendars across three time zones for a leadership review, pivot to rebooking a last-minute flight to London, then pull together a deck for an internal - all before lunch.
