The role leads and develops the Operations organization through strong, inclusive, and people‑focused leadership, building a high‑performing management team aligned with AGCO’s strategy and values.This position oversees end‑to‑end manufacturing activities in a highly complex fabrication and assembly environment, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy.
