product development and scalable technology execution.Key responsibilities will include:Define and implement the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and its portfolio initiatives.Lead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment.Translate business opportunities, use cases and investment theses into concrete technology roadmaps.Oversee the design and delivery of MVPs, prototypes and scalable products, ensuring quality, security, reliability and speed of execution.Build, structure and lead internal and external technology teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals and technology partners.Evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support product development and platform scalability.Ensure robust technology governance, including cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards.Suppo
