Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);




Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
Tax due diligence;
Tax compliance.Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if:Master's degree in business or law;
Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
