The Planning Specialist acts as a key operational bridge between central planning inputs and manufacturing execution.Job ResponsabilitiesAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIESConsolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production polesDevelop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacityPrioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiencyContinuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraintsAct as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production poleWork closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distributionSupport the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks, and production bottlenecksEnsure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.Monitor production progress versus plan and
