Its activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate.OffertaResponsibilities:Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysisProactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assetsOptimise the letting within the managed portfolioMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIsIdentify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trendsLead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectivesAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulationsProactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolioReview and challenge valuationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)Competenze ed esperienzaA successful Investment & Asset Manager should have:Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economicsMinimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estateAffinity both with transactions and asset managementStrong quantitative skills is a mustUnderstanding of financial practices applied to real estateWell informed of local legislation applicable to real estateExcellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant networkReady to travelStrong communication and negotiation capabil
