For the M&A; Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions. Legal due diligence activities; Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases; Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.); Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters; Doctrinal and case law research activities.
