The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing regional field team, driving the deployment and execution of the commercial go-to-market strategy, and act as a multiplier of Sobi's values, vision, and strategic priorities. The RSM will be a key contributor to strategic and conceptual decision-making, ensuring commercial strategies reflect patient needs, market realities, competitive dynamics,



and long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Regional Sales Leadership & Performance Management Own overall commercial results, including product sales and performance KPI. Recruit, train, develop, and lead a team of Key Account Managers to high performance levels. Apply a full leadership model: manager, leader, coach, trainer, advisor, and mentor. Drive continuous development with robust performance‐management routines, individual development plans, and capability‐building sessions. Field Force Excellence & Execution Coordinate and operationalize regional sales activities (e.g., education events, promotional initiatives). Monitor activity execution using Company dashboards, KPIs, and market data and secure accurate reporting of insights in CRMEnsure high‐quality, compliant interactions.
