production, industrial purchasing, supplier development, supply chain,
logistics and operational systems, across all categories, with leather goods at
suppliers, manufacturing partners and warehouses, with a mandate to simplify
and modernise how the brand makes and delivers its products. Key Responsibilities Product Development &
Industrialisation Industrialise new
products with the creative and product teams: prototyping, sampling, technical
development and bills of materials, from concept to production-ready. Ensure new collections
are executable in quality, cost and lead time before they enter production. Production Lead production across
all categories: leather goods first, plus stationery, writing instruments and
façon manufacturing network to the highest standards of quality, timing and




collections and continuously improve industrial performance. Industrial Purchasing &
