Organize and coordinate the Group's monthly management consolidation closing process; Develop a thorough understanding of and provide clear explanations to senior management regarding balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow dynamics; Prepare, together with the direct manager,



Board of Directors presentation materials and supporting documentation, and actively participate in discussions with the CEO and CFO; Produce the monthly reporting package, including detailed analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions; Manage and further develop the Group reporting and management consolidation platform (Tagetik); Proactively contribute to finance process and systems optimization and transformation projects; Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering; At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A; Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes; Experience in management consolidation activities; Excellent written and spoken English; Strong knowledge of SAP; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; Experience with reporting, co
