What will you do:
Arrow is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Protected Category (art. 1 of the law 68/99) to join our Business Support Team in Rome, Italy. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and will report to the Inside Sales Manager. There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

Proven experience in customer support via telephone and emailAbility to manage estimates and orders efficiently,
from inception to invoice Strong collaboration skills to address various supplier-related activities Deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios Proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers Diligent follow-up on sales cases and orders through to execution Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyondWhat we are looking for:
