Director of Sales – Bulgari Hotel Milano

The Director of Sales will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue performance, strengthening market presence and positioning Bulgari Hotel Milano as the preferred choice for luxury travellers, corporate clients and strategic partners. Working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team, you will develop and execute innovative sales strategies that elevate brand visibility, maximise commercial opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.

This is an opportunity for a commercially astute leader to influence business performance while championing the exceptional standards, personalised service and attention to detail that define the Bulgari guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of all sales activities across key market segments.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, account management and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate clients, agencies and key stakeholders.




- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations teams to optimise commercial performance.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business intelligence to identify new opportunities and maintain a market-leading position.
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment with Bulgari brand standards and Marriott International commercial strategies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade exhibitions and client engagements, strengthening the property's profile within key global markets.
