Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing Compact Interior customers
- Identify and acquire new customers and project opportunities
- Provide professional product consulting to architects, interior designers and planners
- Drive business development in close collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Independently manage projects from specification to completion
- Conduct market analysis and identify new market opportunities

Requirements
- Technical and commercial understanding with a strong customer focus
- Sales experience; experience in the Interior market is an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience working with architects,



designers or architectural practices is appreciated
- Independent, proactive working style combined with strong teamwork skills
- High willingness to travel within the assigned sales region
- Good knowledge of MS Office and English; German is an advantage
