Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a Portugal-based, remote role. You will assist users in Italian and English, resolve technical inquiries, and document cases to ensure smooth service delivery.
In this role you will troubleshoot issues, explain technical solutions clearly, and track cases through to resolution. Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; relocation support is provided.
