What You’ll Do
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
- Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
- Stay up to date with new products & company updates

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) & good English (B2+)
- Excellent communication & empathy skills




- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon
