In this role, you will implement the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System to raise efficiency, enrich the customer experience, and boost employee engagement. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to coordinate Kaizen events, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Your data analysis and lean expertise will guide teams to measurable gains in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused position in a globally connected organization that values continuous improvement and collaboration.

- Implement the PPI Business System to improve operations
- Coordinate and run Kaizen events across functions




- Facilitate process improvements and support a culture of operational excellence
- Analyze data to identify improvements and develop practical solutions
- Guide teams in lean methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Advanced data analysis and root cause investigation
- Facilitation of cross-functional xysqume teams and project management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of cGMP/GDP principles (preferred)
- Proven success in implementing sustainable process improvements
- Ability to work across shifts to support initiatives
