Renesas Electronics in Catania, Italy, seeks a Staff Test Engineer to drive test development for new products in the PCP business unit. You will contribute hands-on to ATE development, debugging, data analysis, and drive productive bring-up and ramp processes.
You will develop test programs and hardware for power management products, define comprehensive test plans, perform product bring-up and validation, and collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, and Operations to improve yield and test
