Smartbox Italy is seeking a Team Lead & Key Account Manager to coach a team of 3 Account Managers and manage top-tier partners, driving retention and growth.
You will align with the Head of Sales for Southern Europe, shape local strategy, and ensure pipeline hygiene, business reviews, and KPI tracking across the team.
The role offers a permanent contract, a hybrid work model with two remote days per week, a base salary of 38–42k EUR plus a 30% annual premio and employee benefits.
