- Be the Brand Oracle: Serve as the go-to expert for Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat. Whether they need help choosing the right hair styling attachment or figuring out their smart vacuum, you’ve got the answers.
- Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: You won’t just talk about products; you’ll know them inside out.
You’ll troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and solve after-sales questions like a pro.

Requirements
Who You Are
- The Voice: You speak and write Italian at a native/fluent level (C1+) and can easily communicate in English for internal training and team hangs.
- The Experience: You bring some experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality under your belt.
