You'll get to:Coordinate and supervise all technical functions within the plant, including production, planning, engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement, to achieve operational objectives.Translate the Plant Manager's strategic directives into clear and actionable operational plans, ensuring effective execution across the site.Lead and develop technical teams by fostering collaboration, engagement, accountability,
