Following the continued growth of the company, we are looking for the:

Industrial Product Lead

As part of its ongoing industrial development plan, Chiesi continues to strengthen its Team of Global Technical Operations & Supply (GTO). The Industrial Product Lead will oversee products pertaining to the AIR/CARE/RARE Franchise, reporting directly to the Head of Industrial Platforms Strategy.

In response to the recent organizational evolution, this role is instrumental in shaping the integrated long‑term industrial strategy for each product, covering 1) Long‑term capacity and investment planning proposals, 2)



COG alignment and optimization, 3) LT Supply chain robustness and continuity, 4) Geographic expansion impacts, 5) Sustainability and 6) technology evolutions while maintaining alignment with Air and Care Franchises and Global Rare Diseases BU.

The Industrial Product Leader entails managing and coordinating LCM implementation and continuous improvement of these products to ensure their market success and alignment with the overarching strategic goals of the company. The Product Leader stands as main representant of Product Industrial Strategy Deployment and continuous improvement with stakeholders external and internal to the Global Technical Operations.

Key responsibilities
