We are looking for an Events & Sponsorship Specialist to join our CX & Brand Marketing Department on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager,
you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and sponsorship activities, helping deliver engaging brand experiences aligned with Kia's strategic objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and suppliers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
You will play an active role in designing and executing initiatives that strengthen Kia's brand presence and enhance customer engagement.
Drive Outstanding Events
- Support the planning and execution of national and local brand events.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Ensure flawless event delivery from concept to on-site execution.
- Maintain high standards of quality, customer experience and brand consistency.
Bring Partnerships to Life
- Support the management of sponsorships, ambassadors and strategic partnerships.
