We are seeking experienced and reliable roofing subcontractor crews to join our team. The ideal crew will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a subcontractor crew, you will be responsible for the installation of roofing systems on residential and potentially commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
- Must have a Certificate of Insurance.
- Must own a truck and all necessary tools and equipment for roofing installations.
- Must comply with current OSHA regulations.
- Ability to operate within the service area, a large territory from Pearl to Clarksdale, MS.




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule

- Weekends as needed – Saturdays mandatory

- Roofing Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 4 years (Required)
