THE ROLE

You will be working in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary group, where junior and senior scientists collaborate, each with their expertise, to carry out a scientific activity with a shared research goal.

The Nanochemistry Research Unit (https://www.iit.it/research/lines/nanochemistry ) at IIT in Genoa, coordinated by Liberato Manna, is seeking a highly motivated and talented candidate in the field of synthetic chemistry, targeting the synthesis of new colloidal nanocrystals. The candidate will be involved in the identification of novel synthesis protocols of nanocrystals. The synthesized nanocrystals will be characterized with a broad set of analytical tools and eventually integrated into devices such as light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, or solar cells.
