Reebelo, a global marketplace for refurbished tech, is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers in Italy as we launch locally. You will be the primary contact, delivering timely, accurate responses across channels.
You will collaborate with Logistics, Product and Sales to resolve issues, monitor metrics, and test new support features. This role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing role and fluency in English and Italian, with Zendesk experience.
