Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote, Portugal-based project. You will assist users in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases to deliver positive customer experiences. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
