Join our extraordinary team todayThe Sr. Manager Operations is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the manufacturing plant, driving strong performance in safety, quality, cost, delivery, people management, and engagement. The role leads and develops the Operations organization through strong, inclusive, and people‐focused leadership, building a high‐performing management team aligned with AGCO's strategy and values.This position oversees end‐to‐end manufacturing activities in a highly complex fabrication and assembly environment, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy. It acts as a key interface with internal stakeholders and carries budget accountability for the role's cost center.Your ImpactLead and develop high‐performing teams,
fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and empathetic, resilient leadershipEnsure full compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards, promoting a strong safety culture and partnering closely with Quality and HSE functions to drive ongoing improvementsOversee all plant operations, ensuring production targets for volume, quality, cost, and delivery are met while managing complex, fast‐changing environments and maintaining efficient end‐to‐end production flowsDrive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, applying structured Lean tools, leading improvement initiatives, and embedding a data‐driven problem‐solving mindset across the organizationManage key operational stakeholders, including proactive and reactive maintenance (TPM), and maintain constructive relationships with the Workers Council in collaboration with HRYour Experience and QualificationsExtens
