This is not a traditional people‑management role: you will operate mainly as a senior individual contributor while leading high‑impact, cross‑functional data initiatives that turn insights into business value.
You will own complex projects end‑to‑end, mentor junior data scientists, set technical direction, and ensure governance and responsible AI practices.
