Summary Description

The Tax Specialist will report to the Tax Director responsible for Tax Planning and Group Tax Accounting. The role requires a good background on direct and indirect taxes laws procedures with an Italian focus, and solid understanding of tax accounting concepts and experience with financial reporting within a multinational enterprise.

Responsibilities include
- Support the implementation of the Group's Tax Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, financial targets, and applicable domestic and international tax regulations.




- Support tax analyses and planning activities related to business initiatives and extraordinary transactions, assessing tax risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor changes in national and international tax legislation, accounting standards and tax reporting requirements, supporting the assessment of their impact and the implementation of related actions within the Group's tax processes and control framework.
- Support tax aspects related to the establishment, restructuring, and ongoing operations of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions, promoting tax-efficient and sustainable operating models.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of the Group’s quarterly and annual tax reporting package, including effective tax rate analysis, tax provisions, uncertain tax positions, and tax-related disclosures for statutory and consolidated financial statements.
