QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree required4+ years of experience in non-financial risk, risk management, risk regulation & compliance, trust & safety, ESG, or comparable experience in consultancy (with a focus on non-financial risk) and/or banking, insurance, or related industriesExperience with non-financial risk frameworks, governance, and operational risk management processesExceptional conceptual problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and address complex risk challengesAbility to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization and capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team projectWillingness to travelAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Italian WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHDriving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work.
